Our
Story
We met at the age of 13 at Therfield school in Leatherhead. We liked each other right away and immediately started dating. Things were going great until Amy blurted out, "one day, you and I are going to be married with lots of kids..." Needless to say, this was not something a 13 year old boy wanted to hear, and so off Dom went....
Years passed and by chance, our paths crossed again at 19. We shared a first date at Nandos and sparks were indeed flying. We both knew this was going to be special.
By 25 , our bond was strong enough that a very specific question needed asking. So, on 31st May 2015, Dom whisked Amy away to the Oblix restaurant in The Shard for a romantic and potentially life changing meal. Knowing not that she had a fear of heights, he lost confidence, and thought maybe this wasn't the best place to take the "leap." Later that evening, love was in the air, and as we walked along the south bank of The River Thames, he got down one knee, and popped the question....
7 years until now since that fateful evening. We have been blessed with amazing family, great friends, memories and experiences, including the arrival of our sons, Reilly and Zachary, who have turned our lives into the greatest adventure. On 21st October 2023, the next stage of our adventure will begin and we cannot wait for you all to see it.
